Buying your first custom motorcycle can at first seem a daunting task, especially with so many custom bikes seemingly available. So how do you choose? We believe that a company who offers several brands may not be the ideal place to buy as their loyalty migt be more the sale than the product. At South Coast Customs we offer one brand of custom motorcycle and that is the Proper Chopper from the USA.
Before deciding on Proper Chopper, we considered several other companies from the USA who build custom motorcycles, some are no longer in business, but we chose Proper Chopper as they are small enough to care and large enough to produce top quaility bikes. They manufacture three models of custom motorcycle: Choppers, Bobbers and Pro-Streets.
These are not Chopper Kit Bikes, they are fully built in the USA and shipped to us complete. We have been importing their bikes since 2005 and despite the downturn in the market, Proper Chopper have weatherd the storm and still today produce one of the finest custom motorcycles available.
